The Dano winery has a 1 hectare vineyard. Their main variety is Rkatsiteli, but there are also Kakhuri Mtsvane, Buera, Saperavi, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon. Old Georgian grape varieties are planted: Grdzelmtevana and Vardisperi (rose) Rkatsiteli. The Dano winery does not use any herbicides or fertilizers and does not water its vineyard.
