This wine is made from three traditional Georgian grape varieties—Rkatsiteli, Kisi, and Mtsvane—grown in Kakheti. Rkatsiteli imparts structure, freshness, and characteristic Georgian minerality; Kisi adds aroma, softness, and ripe yellow fruit notes; and Mtsvane imparts floral nuances, citrus freshness, and elegance.

Alcohol: 14%

Grapes: Rkatsiteli, Kisi, Mtsvane

Serving temperature: 10-12°C

Producer: Sopho's

Region: Mukuzani, Kakheti

Color: Light golden, clean and vibrant, with a warm straw hue. In style, this is not a heavy amber qvevri wine, but a fresher, fruitier, and more gastronomic white wine

Aroma: green apple, pear, quince, white peach, apricot, citrus, meadow flowers, and light herbal notes. The Kisi and Mtsvane grapes give the aroma a more expressive, floral-fruity quality than classic Rkatsiteli

Taste: a dry white wine with lively acidity, a soft texture, and a well-balanced fruit profile. The palate reveals green apple, pear, quince, peach, apricot, lemon freshness, and a slight spicy-herbal bitterness in the finish. Rkatsiteli imparts backbone and freshness, Kisi roundness and ripe fruit, and Mtsvane floral lightness and aromatic elegance. The wine is fresh, clear, and very gastronomic, without the heavy tannins sometimes found in harsh orange wines

Food pairing: fish, seafood, poultry, turkey, light salads, soft and semi-hard cheeses, pasta with delicate sauces, green dishes, khachapuri, pkhali, eggplant with nuts, satsivi, vegetable dishes, and light appetizers. Also a good aperitif
