Karums chocolate curd bar is a Latvian glazed curd bar from the Karums brand (manufactured by Rīgas Piensaimnieks) with classic curd mass and a chocolate coating. The curd mass contains approximately 14% milk fat; the product is made from curd without milk fat substitutes.

Ingredients: ~55% curd, ~18% chocolate coating (butter, sugar, cocoa powder), sugar, ~9–10% chocolate pieces (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, lecithin emulsifier, vanilla flavoring). Also contains cocoa powder and flavoring; may contain traces of soy.
